Unique among brandies

After weeks of ripening in the Mediterranean sun, the Bristrica plum becomes dark purple, juicy and sweet. The fruits ripen on the trees to achieve the best aroma and taste. Already towards the end of the summer period, when the harvest time comes, the finest fruits are selected and harvested.

So special

Bistrica is an autochthonous variety of plum that has been cultivated in old traditional orchards in the Mediterranean area for more than 300 years.

The secret is in the barrel

Large oak barrels provide subtle notes of vanilla and a slightly bitter bouquet paired with the amber color of the final product.

A masterpiece in the making

During at least 12 months of aging, Šljivovica develops its unique aromatic profile along with its original supple and fruity taste.
