Indigenous production

Šljivovica Premium Selection is aged in Slavonian oak barrels for at least 24 months, giving the distillate twice as much time to acquire a distinctive vanilla note that blends perfectly with the fruity aroma of plums.

Unique aroma

The profile of Šljivovice Premium was created by selecting and mixing distillates from different casks, which results in a premium product.

Controlled production

Selected yeasts, top-quality fresh plums, controlled fermentation at lower temperatures, and carefully managed distillation result in an aromatic distillate.

Oak barrels from Slavonia

The wood is valued for its compact fibers, thin fibers that give the distillate a distinctive note.
