Badel 1862 was the victim of a hacker attack, i.e. illegal infiltration into the IT system. As a result, there was probably unauthorized copying of a minor part of the business documentation and, consequently, unauthorized access to business and personal data that are a common part of such business documentation.

Immediately after determining this incident situation which is result of criminal actions, Badel 1862 undertook activities with the aim of recovering compromised systems, preventing further unauthorized access to the IT infrastructure and forensic analysis.

Badel 1862 acts in accordance with its legal obligations and is preparing appropriate documents that will be submitted to the competent authorities.
